Pricing
Morplan web prices are usually lower than those shown in the main catalogue,but not always. There are no quantity breaks on the web site, everyone gets the same low prices! Morplan makes special offers from time to time and these may not always be reflected on the web. We try hard to keep all prices accurate but must reserve the right to charge the price ruling at the time of despatch. We will always inform you of a change in price before despatching your goods.
Delivery
Your order will be processed within one working day of receipt. Products in stock can take up to 3 working days to be delivered to UK mainland (highlands & islands may take longer)*, HOWEVER 97% of these arrive the next working day. You will be advised by e-mail, or telephone, if items are out of stock and asked to confirm that the expected date is acceptable.
Overseas Delivery
Because of the varied nature of the goods we stock, it is not possible to give a shipping charge on-line. We will however
, call you within 2 working days, with a NO obligation quote for shipping. Should this prove to be too expensive we will
cancel the order for you, and you will owe nothing.
Deliveries within the EU can take upto 10 days depending on what delivery service you choose. Non EU deliveries will have an expected delivery time quoted when the full export charges are confirmed.
Minimum Order
The minimum value for a web order with free delivery* is £85.00 before VAT. Orders with a minimum value of £20.00 before VAT will be accepted but are subject to a surcharge of £4.95 for carriage.

The 14 days starts from the day our carrier delivers. Goods arriving back after 14 days may incur a handling charge of 15% of the goods value. There are certain products where the 14 day Trial period does NOT apply and these are clearly marked on the relevent pages.
To return goods, please ring our Customer Service Department first on Freefone 0800 435 333. It's advisable to obtain a receipt from your carrier or Post Office. We can arrange collection, at your request, at a cost of £6.50 + VAT per parcel for England and Wales. Please ring for a quotation for Scotland, Northern Ireland and offshore islands
*Free delivery - UK mainland. For other areas we will contact you with a quotation for shipping within two working days of the order being placed. Please note that due to the nature of some of the goods we stock, shipping charges for very small orders can sometimes make that order prohibitively expensive. We therefore suggest that where possible you group small orders together.
